Description Forum 4 Age is a free service which provides a voice for the over 50's. There are events, training and innovative projects to get involved with.

You can also find out what's available where you live.

You can have your say on a range of local issues, as well as have an opportunity to develop and improve services for older people.

There are also free taster sessions to improve your health and wellbeing.

It is a great way to meet new friends. People are encouraged to get involved as much or as little as they like.

There is no fee for this service but you do need to be over 50 to access the service.
