Keighley Healthy Living is a local charity which promotes the health and wellbeing of the Keighley community and surrounding areas.

They offer a range of activities for all ages and are open to everyone who lives in the local area.

Art 4 All at Keighley Healthy Living

Art 4 All is an art class for older people that explores painting and drawing with a skilled teacher. All abilities welcome.

Tuesdays, 10am-12pm and Wednesdays, 1-3pm.

Conversation Cafe

Have a cuppa with Keighley Healthy Living - you can have a general chat and they can also help signpost you to other services or activities.

Tuesdays, 10-11:45am.

Games Cafe

A drop-in social group for all ages with dominoes, cards, draughts and refreshments.

Gardening club

Join Keighley Healthy Living in the KHL garden for some gentle chat over a love for gardening. Everyone welcome, gardening expert or not! A great opportunity to find a new hobby.

Wednesdays, 10am-12pm.

Oakworth Shed

A friendly, welcoming group that incorporates DIY, woodworking, knitting and crafts with socialising. Everybody welcome.

Thursdays, 1-3pm.

Walk and talk

Join the ladies only walking club, combining gentle exercise with light-hearted chat.

Wellbeing cafe

Keighley's Wellbeing Cafe provides help for older people combat feelings of isolation offering fun, friendship and the chance to socialise.

Afternoon tea with entertainers. Help, advice and information is always available.

Singing

The KHL singing group meets for 6-week courses at different periods over the year. It is proven that singing reduces stress and promotes positivity and may be an alternative option for improving your health and wellbeing.
